  : 1.The location was outstanding - that made up for the issues listed below. 2. Excellent shower - would have liked a few more sachets of shower gel and shampoo , but it sufficed. 3. Lovely biscuits to welcome us, thanks.
  : 1. The WiFi said that it was fast and unlimited - the reality was there was NO Connectivity - major issue ! 2. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to the mark with stained carpets and general fatigue. 3. No dish cloths for drying. 4. Bedroom floor tile collapsing, paint chipping in most areas.

  : After booking and reading some reviews I was worried. Some were very negative and a few of the points were valid. Lovely location. Original Old Stone spiral staircase. Good communication from owners. Very central. Welcome pack so you could have a cup of tea when you arrived.
  : A lot of stairs to climb! (as building to old to accommodate lift) but lovely historic feature. Not suitable for everyone - but this is mentioned in property description. Could do with a new mattress and new carpet but it was clean even if in need of redecorating. Door could do with a new lock - but I didnt feel unsafe. Again you have to make allowances for age of building. With a new mattress I would stay here again.

  : Super location. Had full kitchen and extra chairs and clothes drying rack.
  : Bed was uncomfortable. Too many narrow stairs to climb to get to apt. Expensive for quality of apartment.

  : Bathroom door did not close, black mould on ceiling, around bath and sink, shower ring missing from edge of curtain. Toilet roll holder missing. Flooring had bits missing.Bedroom carpet very badly stained. Window didnt open.Living room carpet torn.Mattress on double bed uncomfortable - could feel springs.Sofa bed unstable and uncomfortable.Oven needs a clean - greasy.Kitchen tap leaking.Used tissue in bedside drawer.The Step inside apartment too high and dangerous.The rope bannister up to the apartment was missing and badly frayed in places.Lots of cobwebs and dust on skirting boards.
