  : Instructions on how to find apartment and easiness of getting key. Apartment was well presented. Nice touch leaving biscuits for me.
  : Would have preferred to be lower down. Found it difficult going up spiral staircase. My dog also found the steps difficult and didnt like them at first.

  : The location is great!! Very close to most attractions!
  : Unfortunately the cleanliness was shocking. There was burnt on parts of toast and what not on the toaster, the dishes was dirty, it was dirty on the surface areas, the bedding had yellow stains on it, and the leak in the bathroom made it unsuitable to take a bath - just to name a few things... the duvet inner was also not great - old and tearing apart. We felt very uncomfortable

  : The location was very close to all the touristy spots most within walking distance.
  : We checked past reviews about the electric appliances being dirty and broken which didnt change during our stay, the room was for 4 people and through the pictures you would assume youd get two separate rooms but the large sofa in the photos is a pull out bed. The toilet has to be flushed like five times to actually work. Also stairs arent mentioned for this accommodation either until the day before which are spiral and steep WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to someone with any sort of difficulties walking. The shower simply does not work you have to have baths where we had to use the kettle for hot water because there simply isnt enough hot water for more than one person, there is also virtually no way to contact the owners about any problems. This room in particular I wouldnt recommend to any group larger than a couple because more than two people your practically on top of each other especially with the pull out bed taking up most the room. The room apparently has a no smoking policy but on arrival the room smelt like smoke and had ash and smoke butts up and down the stairs. Its a great location within the old town to visit tourist things just wish the room was advertised like it actually is. Then after the stay you get a email trying to guilt trip you into giving a good review because they are a small family business.

  : Dangerous stairs with broken ropes . Ten page check in instructions. Inability to contact the emergency number for hours. The benches were sticky the floors were dirty, missing lightbulbs, no curtains on window

  : Location excellent, easy to get around! Great Award winning Pub in the same Building! Easy to get around! Close to the Castle & Bus Tours.
  : Spiral stairs with part of rope missing? Needs to be repaired as a little dangerous. A little pricey for what we got! Could do with extra towels. 2) The fact that check out time was 10am ??? Our only flight back to Ireland was 9.35pm so emailed for extra time for a small charge. Not recommended for people with disablies or Vertigo as staircase can be dangerous
