A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests are permitted one allocated parking space in a shared garage. Please note that there is a height restriction with this parking facility, and the parking space has a tight turning circle.

Check-in after 20:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 20, or a GBP 40 fee after 23:00. Subject to availability and by prior arrangement.

Please note that all guests must arrange their arrival with the property before their check-in date.

Please note the lead guest must be 30 years and older.

In common with all holiday rentals in Scotland, bookings for all stays from 1st April 2023 are dependent on the property to be granted a license by Edinburgh Council.
