  : Fantastic location with parking included. Nice properties. The top floor penthouse had a balcony with views towards Calton Hill and parliament.All mod cons provided. Beds comfortable.Plenty of plates etc - more than number of persons accommodated. I would return here whenever in a big group.
  : Slightly dated finish from 90s? Bathrooms could do with update esp tile/grout work.TV signal in penthouse dropped every few minutes spoiling the shows.One of the en-suite showers had poor water pressure. But each property had 3 bathrooms, so not too big a deal.

  : We arrived whilst the person cleaning the property was still on site so collecting keys was not an issue, however the key box was easy to find. The decor and furnishings were acceptable and bathrooms were clean and serviceable with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was clean, although a little wear and tear on cabinets. The smoke alarm is situated right above the grill of the oven, so had issues with that going off! Could it not be sited the other end of the kitchen?The apartment is excellently situated on the Royal Mile and within minutes of shops/ bars/restaurants
  : My friends were in the bedrooms on the top floor and were happy with their rooms ….however, as I have a medical problem at the moment I was staying in the bedroom on the ground floor as you enter the property. We were asked before arrival if we wanted the beds as doubles or singles. We requested doubles for all rooms, however the ground floor room is not big enough to have the beds made up as a double! The beds are 3foot singles and when made up there is not enough room to get around the bed. This room should only have a 4ft 6 double in my opinion or two smaller singles.

  : Great place in a great location, worked really well for our weekend stay. Having somewhere to park the car was a real selling point. The hosts were very accommodating in arranging late check out for us.
  : The bedroom downstairs was very cramped, particularly when compared to the other two which were quite spacious.
