  : Beds were comfortable. Very clean
  : No outlets in bathrooms. When using the hairblowers in the bedrooms, there were no mirrors to see yourself.The kettle leaks. The extra bedroom should have a railing to hang clothes.

Disappointing

  : The location for primary local sightseeing is very good and the apartment itself is a nice size and with good amenities. Reasonably furnished with a great modern kitchen. Both bathrooms were good and the beds were comfortable. Located in a reasonably quiet location.
  : I was not provided with instructions, prior to leaving North America, on how to access the apartment. I did send an email before leaving that was not responded to. This caused a significant amount of stress when we arrived. I was finally able to reach the local contact who did get the instructions to me but it was a terrible way to start a vacation. We really couldn't leave the airport until I knew how to get into the apartment. I was told that the instructions had been provided in the booking system, but I confirmed with Booking.com when I arrived home that they were not there. The internal/external lock on the entry door was difficult to figure out. The way to unlock is different (backwards?) from the way to lock it. We were not sure we could even get in the apartment after arriving at the apartment from an overnight flight. These are not typical door locks that we see in North America. The two way windows (open from the top or the side) are also not common in North America or at least in Canada and were also difficult to know how to properly operate. We ended up with a window that we could not close. A guide with simple instructions for the lock and windows would avoid these issues. We arrived back in the early evening from sightseeing one day to find a very heavy police presence both in front of the apartment and on our floor. There were numerous police talking to people on the street and police were in front of the entrance to our apartment talking to people from apartments beside us. Eventually a man from one of those apartments was handcuffed and taken by police. This was a bit unsettling however, we were not impacted by any threat or crime and potentially this may have been an isolated incident. The apartment building itself could use a refresh which would improve the curb appeal of the building and the rental unit.

  : To start we had trouble obtaining the address & key code from booking .com.There was no one on site to help Called the help line and kept getting a recording.Eventually 2 hrs later we received the info.On arrival we were greeted by rubbish at the front doorFoyer was filthy also the stair wells. Plus stench was bad.6 flights of stairs ( no warning of this on web )Then another set inside unit up to bedrooms.The unit itself was clean.The washing machine was a combined washer / dryer 4 hrs later clothes not dry Also we were told not to use it at night because neighbour complains about the noise.The apartment is within walking distance to everything but the actually neighbourhood is not great.
