  : Its convenient to the center of the city. Landlord is so kind, when I arrived ahead and couldnt open the door, he let the cleaner to help me.

  : Location. Edinburgh is a wonderful city.
  : The bed was not made and looked dirty (attached photo is the room on arrival). The linens and mattress pad were pulled up, exposing the bare mattress. Over email, staff claimed room had been cleaned in the morning but some work had to be performed under the bed... no offer was made to remedy the situation and I was left to fend for myself. Ive stayed in rougher places in South Asia, and It was late and only one night so I roughed it out. But the experience was completely unacceptable. I should have just stayed at a hostel for a lower cost and better service. Additionally, the physical key 10 digit key pad system they use to provide access to the property is tiresome, and there is no site manager/representative. Communication is done digitally only.

  : The location, the facilities and the bed was very comfortable.
  : Send me to a different apartment that I had booked. The floor of the room was dirty and I even found a used condom. There is a huge lack of maintenance and deep cleaning on the house. The photos aren't updated and I found it really overpriced for the conditions and comfort.
