  : Cleanliness was excellent. Location is very good and just near the city centre.
  : 1. No where it was mentioned at the time of booking that flat is on 2nd floor and without lift. Had to carry large suitcases. Plus, if you order anything you have to go all the way down and come back by stairs. 2. This is professionally managed. Checking at 3 PM means its 3 PM, not even 2:55 PM. Such small adjustments/ customisations are essential. Its not asking for moon. 3. Kitchenette was not even having basics, that should be in apartment like sugar/salt and pepper sachets. Usually these are essentials and some supplies are kept in all the places I have booked. Read many reviews later where others have also mentioned this part. But seems no one is hearing.
