: Very central location, easy to find. Clean and tidy.
: There was no hot water to the property. I stay around the country for business and pleasure and in other places there have been little touches such as a bottle of fizz or wine in the fridge, ice in the freezer and tea and coffee provided. Not here though.

: Location was good.
: No hot water in any sinks (kitchen or bathroom). On arrival door handle on bathroom was literally hanging off, heating was set to off and couldn’t be turned on apart from in a temporary boost mode, the bed slats in one bed were broken so that mattress hung through, the baby cot was stored in a very mouldy cupboard that had mould all over the walls, some light bulbs were fused, kitchen tap was very loosely hanging on for life, remote controls for tv had batteries missing so couldn’t be used, kitchen sink drain leaks if washing machine is used whilst using kitchen taps. Finally, the hill to access the property is wry difficult to get up with a pushchair.

: Near to main attractions and therefore easy to walk everywhere.
: There was not a hairdryer despite the listing saying it will supply one.The ensuite toilet was not flushed and was dirty when we arrived. The same toilet cistern did not fill quickly so a long time was needed before it can be flushed again.The main bathroom sink was plumbed in wrongly with the hot tap plumbed to the cold water pipe!THe communal entrance door area was covered in pigeon poo so we have to drag our suitcase wheels over them.

Good to know
