  : A large and nice flat which easily sleeps 8 people in so far as they can share beds. Very good living and dining space. Excellent beds and good linen. Objectively a top location if you want the central tourist spots, and still quiet. If you want local life and away from tourists, pick another location. Excellent for dining in purposes, but see comment about kitchen. Charming but could do with even more decoration and fixing of the points mentioned under what was not so good.
  : We arrived on a Friday and could not get in contact with the landlord as we wanted to report, that there was a very foul smell in the flat - sewage, drains or damp. We aired most of it out, but it was still noticeable on the Sunday when we left. All windows were very dirty and the main shower impossible to use as the thermostat either gave steaming hot water or ice cold. After 5 to 10 minutes wasting water you might just get it right. Only other alternative shower is hand held in a bathtub with no curtain around. Various minor broken items and installations were reported by us to the landlord, who in all fairness responded on the Monday after we had left. The kitchen is functional but the utensils, pots and pans etc. could do with an upgrade. It is all rather flimsy seen from the point of view of someone who might actually want to cook properly. If you only make coffee and boil an egg, all is fine. Various carpets needs fastening to the floor as they are partly rolled up at the edges. A chair was completely broken.
