  : Hotel location is excellent given the close proximity of it to everything along with it being situated on a major transportation route (both buses and trams). Room was nicely furnished and well-appointed and several of the rooms proffer great views of the circumjacent area. The bathroom was large, sleek, modern and well-equipped.
  : Upper hotel rooms (on top floor) are not accessible by elevator. You must use a flight of stairs to get to the top floor (from the floor below). This means that if you have heavy suitcases, it can be somewhat difficult to tote baggage to that level. Also, if you are disabled, then the rooms on the top floor may not be appropriate. The breakfast fare tasted good, but menu was limited and a tad funky.
