: Very safe, quiet neighborhood with a convenient location. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and warm. We had plenty of towels, sheets, and paper products provided. The neighbors were kind and the owners responded to messages quickly.
: One or two things were hard to locate or missing, but the owner took care of it all. :)

: The apartment was spacious for Edinburgh and it was good to have free parking. Good location and very clean (probably as they get the guests to clean the apartment after they use it).
: Everything from the furniture to the kitchen utensils were extremely poor quality and not tasteful. We barely slept as mattress was so uncomfortable. The sofa springs dug into you too and the kitchen chairs were made of nasty hard plastic so there wasn't a comfortable place to sit. Towels were thin and small, again just cheap. Wardrobe doors fell off their runners and some of the coat hangers were broken. Shower curtain was made out of plastic sheeting. Kitchen was poorly equipped if you actually wanted to cook anything... e.g serated knives that bent when you tried to cut even a tomato, no oven trays, tin opener didn't work, no plug in the kitchen sink.Not an ounce of luxury - no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel, no coffee provided although there was some tea. We were reminded several times via email and in the welcome book to make sure we cleaned up thoroughly after ourselves, a whole list of things we had to do was included, including doing the washing up, putting everything back where we found it and taking the bins out before we left. We would have left it clean anyway but it was annoying to be reminded. We found this a bit much considering we are paying a price and for a service... what are cleaners for?Not family friendly as no travel cot or high chair available.
