  : The check-in staff was really nice. That's all.
  : The hygiene standards impossibly low! We checked in at 6pm and YET there were hairs all over the bathroom and the bedsheets, and those bedsheets were stained and dirty. The floor hasn't been cleaned since the King Arthur, the shower was dirty too. UNACCEPTABLE. CONDITION! Especially during Covid times. Another huge concern - this place uses codes instead of keys and the entrance code to the building and the entrance code to the room ARE THE SAME. ... I would say do not leave anything valuable in the room but I would rather say do not stay at this place at all. Please.

  : We liked the location. However, sadly when we arrived we didn’t actually get to stay in our original booked guest house as we were told the heating was broken in the building.
  : The property we then got assigned to wasn’t what we had expected. The quality appeared lower than our originally booked accommodation. so we were disappointed.

  : Arrived at the hotel, no breakfast option at this hotel, but for £95.00 for 3 night's, it was no trouble, across the road was an off licence plus tesco was close by, the king size bed was very comfortable, I spent most days out enjoying the sites, etc...

  : Unfortunatly we did not get to stay in this hotel the boiler was broken a substitute hotel was provided city suite guest house and it was awful the bed was unstable and felt like it was going to collapse.The room itself was acceptable giving the circumstances But there were guests all through the night banging suitcases up and down the stairs and shouting At 4.04 am the room opposite me starter having a gathering children shouting adults laughing amd leaving there room and knocking on other guests doors I had a extremely long drive home with minimal sleep and 2 young children There was no management to make a complaint to

  : Everything and it wasn't even the hotel we booked, and spoken to the hotel we booked a couple of times and was not told our hotel was unavailable and we were being moved. No choice to cancel. The picture below is off the Internet and the actual room looks very tired and well used. Scratches on all furniture. No provisions for tea or coffee but did have a dirty kettle and cups. Had to ask for clean crockery but no tea and coffee provided. Also we booked a room for 2 adults and a child. Even cot bed provided was dirty. Didn't use. We put the child in with us. And bed was very uncomfortable and loud. No choice of cancelling as would be charged £124 pn as booking. And then told that the hotel we did book was worse than the one we got moved to. Even tried to get money back or discount due to being lied to and was told the hotel/ doss house doesn't give refunds. Booking.com needs to remove everything from the chain as it's all a con. The pictures and hotel you see are not what you get. And you don't find out until your there. And then you can't cancel without charge.
