  : Check in instructions to locate key locker is not straightforward. It's like ayong a secret game.Staffs are very lethargic to respond to issues related to health and safety. One suggested me to search youtube to fix room heater issue

  : Communication about lock box and code could have been clearer. We were sent incorrect code and didn't know actual number of flat. It was sorted quickly though. Whilst we were sent an email to say it could be difficult to unlock front entrance but worked if you jiggled keys around, it made you feel a little nervous you wouldn't get in. We did though and appreciate that nothing can be done about it.

  : Close to shops and centre , spacious , 2 bathrooms, ease of getting keys and parking. Warm.
  : Upstairs neighbours plumbing occasionally noisy . Some floorboards very creaky for newish building. Initially thought building entrance doors were sticky but not, just pull key out slightly when turning.

  : Great location for seeing Edinburgh, nicely decorated and equipped flat with the bonus of 2 bathrooms (there were 4 of us for 3 nights)Ample on-site parking.
  : There was barely any lighting in the common areas and the lock to the main door was difficult to operate.

  : A lovely 2 bed apartment located within a 10-15 min walk of York Place and Waverly. Despite its proximity to Edinburgh centre, the apartment is located in a very quite and peaceful neighbourhood with private parking, which we really appreciated. The apartment was a good size and the facilities were excellent (the only thing probably missing was a dishwasher but this wasnt a problem for us). A great place to stay in Edinburgh, and we would definitely come back & stay here again.
  : Some minor points really if I were picky but there was no shower gel in the apartment, which meant we had to go & buy one from Tesco round the corner. Those planning to use the kitchen more extensively should note that there isn't a dishwasher in the apartment.
