  : The location was good. There is a bus stop a couple of blocks away. It is easy to walk to Waverly Station for the train in about 10-15 minutes. Be aware of the construction on Princes Street that may make crossing the road tricky. There are cafes and shops close by. We enjoyed the sofa and the big TV with Netflix, etc.
  : One of the keys to unlock the door was difficult to use. My daughter gave up after multiple tries but I was finally able to get it to work. The sink in the bathroom had a stopper that once closed could not be taken out of the sink for drainage. We notified the landlord and someone came by and opened up the sink drain for us. We didn't use the stopper anymore for fear of it getting stuck again. My daughter figured out how to turn on the radiators for heating. Instructions about that would have been useful.

  : The quiet but central location, the bed, the space, the cleanliness, the wi-fi and tv.
  : The lockbox for the keys is at ground level: not possible with my aged knees. The heating is inadequate, even though the weather was quite mild....the radiator in the sitting room barely works at all, and the kitchen window is impossible to close. All other windows were impossible to open, so we could not ventilate the bathroom as there is no fan. The fan heater in the bathroom is fixed very high up with a very short pull-cord that I couldn't reach! The flat is clean but the filthy windows make it seem grubby. Extra bedding would have been appreciated as my partner was not warm enough under the summer duvet. The kitchen is not especially well equipped...no teapot or cafetiere, and the mugs are cracked and stained. I didn't like getting messages from a managment company rather than an owner, or having to provide my identification prior to comfirmation of booking. Also, emails from booking.com contradicted emails from the management company about check in and out times.

  : the place was in a really good location,the place was nice and cosy,bed quite comfy too
  : ,the place itself was good but it did look like there was some sort of repairing on the kitchen and the whole apartment needs a big renovation,looks very dated ,the entrance key doesnt really work properly ,we hassle to find out how to open it at first

  : No cabinets to place your clothes. Windows can't be opened. Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. As an example only one bulb operates on a lamp of 5 lights at the living room. You must inform that it is in the third floor.

  : the location was a short walk from the city centre and there were many shops nearby for food and other essential. The apartment is quite charming to stay in and was well equipped for cooking and eating. The apartment smelt nice and was clean on entry.
  : The front door lock is a little tough to operate as it is lose from the door, however this is not the case for the apartment door so is something to keep in mind for future guests.
