  : We could all be together and enjoy our weekend away in comfort. It was also easy to get the bus but still OK if you wanted to walk to all the tourist locations.
  : The stairs up to the flat but it's all part of the experience and it made you think twice before going out. The flat was lovey but could have been a little cleaner and was started in places to look a little tired but was fine for what we wanted it for.

  : Lack of equipment in the kitchen. Not enough crockery. Broken and missing essential items.

  : it was big enough to accommodate our needs, the bedrooms were comfortable, clean
  : the toilet in the bathroom was held up by two pieces of wood, the kitchen utensils were limited, two pans to cook for 8 people was impossible, had to purchase two more to cook dinner, no grill pan or frying pan either. only 5 dishes when there was 8 of us, again inadequate for our needs. The door handle in the living room was damaged, the door had to be kept open as if it was closed there would of been no way of opening the door plus where the handle should of been there was a a sharp screw sticking out we had two children in the party so this was concerning

  : The accommodation was absolutely filthy, never experienced anything like it. Also very sparsely furnished. Booking agents not interested, I was advised it has been passed to Management Team and Director. Management ought to be checking properties. This was not dirt from a previous guest, this was long term failure to clean properly, bodily fluids and hairs on beds, no mattress or pillow covers, carpets so dirty we didn't dare take our shoes off, I could go on and on.....

  : The amount of stairs up to the property. The address wasn't clear. The apartment needed some tlc, painting. It was very tired looking and shabby in parts. The bedrooms didn't look like photos, they were very sparse, including no coat hangers or even hanging space in one of the bedrooms.

  : Some of the lock in the toilets were broken. One toilet the door the plaster cover is slightly damage.No elevator it would be difficult to get access for old person and with some mobility problems Some blinds cover were damaged
