  : Very clean, well appointed and well located in a residential, quiet area.
  : No clothes dryer but I understand that is very typical in the UK.

  : I loved the large windows and light bright living area.
  : I rented the property based on the fact that it was sold as 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom but practically it does not work. Whether it be en-suite is not so important but an assumption is made that every bedroom has a bathroom. The third bathroom is on the ground floor, not anywhere near a bedroom and is not really very useful anyway as it doesn't have a shower.Also - we had to move dressing table chairs into the living room as there is not enough seating.Also, the bathroom is lacking surfaces to put things on along with the same in the living area - sideboards etc required.
