  : - Didnt feel safe with the propertys key lock - Heating system (HIVE) was not working well, didnt get heating when we turned HIVE on - asked Houst company for help, but didnt get additional useful information - used wet wipes to clean a table, and the entire wipe turned black and full of dust - sofa looks like they have not been cleaned for a long time

  : The property is well furnished and has some really nice quirks. The location is good and there are some nice eating places near by.
  : The property is disappointing on arrival; the outside really needs to be improved as it is strewn with rubbish. I appreciate that there is a street above (this is a basement apartment) but I was told we couldnt have an early check in because cleaners were there so they could have tidied the outside area.There is no information in the apartment so we werent sure how to use certain things such as the oven, heating and TV. I had to use my own Netflix account to use the TV. No information about bins or recycling so this would have been an issue if we were staying longer. There key for the back door was no obvious. We found this the day before we left.There is also no tourist information - there are so many nice restaurants and shops in the area. This would be helpful for guests and to support local businesses. A guest book might also be helpful.The description said that kitchen was well equipped and toiletries were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cutlery etc but there were no dishwasher tablets. There was a stinky cloth and dirty scoured on the side. No others were provided other than a couple of disposable cloths left in a packet. The draw with the cleaning things in was a mess. There appeared to be a surface spray but I did not dare use it because it had a label over the front with foreign writing on (looked Asian) so I wasnt sure what the chemical was. There were only 2 tea towels. One of which we had to use for draining dishes as there isnt a drainer. I appreciate that we could have bought these and this isnt a major problem but just small things I would have expected.There is only one bathroom which is a pain when there are 6 of you sharing an apartment. further to this, the lock is broken. There is also no mirror in the second bedroom which made getting ready difficult. again not a huge issue but would be nice. The toiletries that are there are clearly left overs from what other guests have left.
