  : It is needing some attention. Bathroom paint is peeling off the walls quite badly. Black mould in between tiles and around bath. The bathroom smells musty. Flooring dips in places and pretty noisy. Pillowcases had makeup marks on from previous guests. Skirting in bathroom and lounge carpet edges (darker) needing a good vacuum. Perhaps one could be given more detail about parking in the area. Booking the accommodation was a real palaver. We’ve never been asked to give so much personal information to stay somewhere. Just a bit off putting.

  : way way way too many emails from the management company to the point of ridiculous. Bed has hairs in it, sheet was not properly in or over the edge at all at head of bed, stain on sheet, pillows were old and flat as a pancake no proper protectors and duvet cover was inside out and finally the bed linen did not smell fresh but stale.

  : The shower was unusable: It cycled through boiling hot, warm, then freezing coldIt was a shame that there were not even a few tea bags in the kitchen by way of welcome.When we arrived we had been given detailed instructions of where the lock box was with the keys but it had been moved. Instead of sending someone out to provide a key, we were repeatedly asked to provide photos (and even a video) to "prove" that the lock box was not there. By luck, after 45 minutes, we found the keybox hidden behind a thorny bush in an entirely different location. This was completely fortuitous. No-one had told us to look there and no explanation was ever provided of how or why it had been moved. We were waiting out on the street with all our luggage for 45 minutes and so our stay did not get off to a good start. I am amazed booking.com have not been in touch to give an explanation and proper apology.
