  : The location is absolutely perfect. There's A TON of buses that will get you EVERYWHERE in the city just 20 seconds walking from your door. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is super quiet. There are two supermarkets very close by, lots of cool coffee shops and restaurants. The kitchen has every utensil and cookware you'll need.
  : There is no lift (3 stories high), some stains here and there, no dishwasher. We went with great weather, so I'm not sure how much you can hear the boiler if you need to keep it on during the winter (it's behind a door of one of the bedrooms). One of the toilets was broken, and the shower curtain was... weird. All minor things, to be honest.
