Please inform Meadowbank Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Kindly note the accommodation is located on the second floor, and is accessible via stairs only. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.

Please note, this property does not have a lift.

Guests are kindly asked to provide a check-in time slot between 14:30 and 19:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking. Guests arriving outside the check-in times must request this at the time of making the booking as it cannot be guaranteed.
Guests who miss the selected check in time must supply a new one, with at least 2 hours notice and is subject to approval by property owner.
For same day bookings, please provide your estimated time of arrival a minimum of 2 hours in advance, subject to approval by the owner.
There is a late check-in fee of GBP 40.
There is a strict no smoking policy at the property with a fine of GBP 250 in case of smoking.
Children cannot be accommodated at the property, and additional guests are not permitted.
In a circumstance of any violation to these rules, guests will be asked to leave without a refund or charged per additional person.
If you take the parking permit, you be fined GBP 250.
Guests must be ages 21 years or over.
