  : The property was very centrally located and ideal if you arrived into Waverley Station, as we did, as only a 10 minute walk. It was very clean and spacious. We particularly liked that it had adequate seating at the kitchen table and in the sitting room for all of us. It is in a good location with lots of options for breakfast and very close to restaurants.
  : It was very noisy. The first night, a Thursday, was not too bad but the Friday night was noise all night long. Both people in the street and vehicles driving on the cobbled road. The bedrooms are at the front and are not double glazed so all the noise came in. If the property had good double glazing a stay here would be faultless. I appreciate that noise will always be an issue in such a central property but I did feel the windows, which were very loose in places, could have been improved to alleviate some of it.

  : On top floor which we didn't realise when booking. One person has heart problems and another asthma, so did not want to climb stairs too often. Noisy at night due to location and bedrooms at the front

  : The building doesn't look like much from the outside, but the apartment was lovely - very clean, and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were updated and very nice and the location was fantastic! Would definitely recommend it!
  : The pots and pans in the kitchen were quite old and worn - little flakes of black material from the pans got onto anything I cooked. Not a big deal, but nicer pots would have been good to have.
