  : The staff were trying hard to run and make the best of the situationTowels being charged daily and plenty of them.
  : The hotel is clean and tidy but parts of it are very shabby. The shower room of our room had silicone sealer falling off and the shower only worked when the shower head was around waist height, so you had to bend to rinse your hair. The water was also either luke warm or blisteringly hot. The sink was a hand basin and it took approx 20 minutes for it empty. The towels were clean and looked new and were changed daily which was spot on.The pillows were well passed their best and offered no support but the bedding looked brand new and was fine.The breakfast was just about passable if you like cheap cereals, sausage and bacon but they do need to learn not to over cook the bacon and it needed to be warmer. The toast was only just done.The owners were friendly but a limited grasp of the English language did cause a few misunderstandings.It was obvious that some refurbishment had occurred, it just need to be completed.

  : Relatively short driving distance from city centre..
  : Poor bedroom double glazing, for building next to a main road, traffic noise loud. Added to that was a bus stop directly outside the premises. The shared toilet wouldn't flush and male at reception, unable to resolve the issue.Wooden chair in bedroom falling apart.Poor lighting in bedroom and only a very small mirror. The bedroom furnishings are in need of refreshing/replacing.

  : I loved the location. Close to the buss station and in a beautiful neighbourhood. The hotel is very cozy, i felt at home. The internet was good quality. Generous room and bathroom.
