: Location and kitchenette.
: When we arrived we were assigned a room below street level with a view of the garbage area- room 2. The receptionist was initially resistant, but after pointing out that it was advertised as having a city view (read street) and that we were there for 5 nights we were sent to an acceptable room.

: Location is great for walking around the city. The apartment was well equipped and overall cleaned.
: It took me weeks to know if late check-in was permitted, I sent lots of texts without having any reply. Ever. I then had the instructions only when I fully paid the apartment and this is not fair in my opinion as I had the right to know it before booking. This is not how you behave when dealing with clients, no answers at all IN WEEKS is not acceptable.

: Close to restaurants and amenities within a 5 minute walk. But not on a busy street so quiet and restful. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and had a kitchenette with everything you need.
: Nothing I did not like but it may be difficult to navigate the stairs with luggage.

: The location is good and it was clean
: The shower was a shower head stuck on the wall which could only be used if you held it in your hand. After complaining and threatening to cancel my payment they changed the holder on the wall instead of shower head so now some water would go on person showering the rest went over the bathroom floor. Also there are 5 flights of stairs and there is no lift
