  : Easily accessible to busses going into the city center, staff is very friendly and helpful.
  : The mattress in my room was perhaps the worst mattress i have ever slept on in my entire life. I had to make a bed out of pillows, some nights i was in so much pain that i cried. I dont think there was a proper mattress on the bed. The T.V was tiny, hard to hear. My bathroom window had no covering.I was under the impression i could have coffee or tea in the mornings, however their 'included' breakfast is not included in your stay price. You have to pay extra- you cant even have a coffee in their kitchen and the bar was closed. I was given a kettle and instant coffee in my room and that was it. My stay was not cheap either, given how much i paid, i expected a proper mattress, and atleast coffee or tea in the mornings. The walls are incredibly thin so you can hear people coming and going from the front door and to their rooms.The staff was super friendly and the location is ideal for transit access, but that was about it. I do want to thank the staff for accomodating me needing many pillows to make a bed, and being able to explain clearly where the transit system was and their friendliness in general was lovely.
