  : The flat had been cleaned thoroughly, and the location was central. Thered been an attempt to add some touches (eg paintings and ornaments) to make the place more attractive. Picking up and dropping off the key using the keysafe was straightforward.
  : Im not a fussy traveller and we werent expecting a luxury apartment. However, this still fell far below expectations, and worse than any accommodation Ive booked through Booking.com The facilities felt neglected. Washbasin taps spun around and took an age to turn on or off. The kitchen window had no handle, and so was even harder to close than its fiddly mechanism would otherwise have allowed. The bathroom door could be closed fully, but others couldnt. The beds mattress provided little support - not a problem for everyone, but certainly for many. There was a shower attachment on the bath tap, but low water pressure meant it only came out in a dribble if raised much higher than the tap itself. Much of the furniture seemed past its best. Customer service was disappointingly poor. In addition to the above issues, when we pointed out that the listing said free toiletries would be provided, the response was, Yes we supply toilet paper. Then nothing more. Along with the notices and warnings stuck up around the flat, the overall impression was that we were annoyances rather then paying guests.

  : Absolute value for money. I really did not expect such a spacious apartment for this price, that too, at a location so close to the heart of the city. Moreover, almost all tourist attractions can easily be reached on foot from here.
  : No complaints whatsoever.

  : Keys was easy to use the location was great Tesco across the road and couple of minutes walk to royal mile
  : Two windows wouldnt shut, one didnt even have a handle! Kitchen could do with a good clean.

  : It was in walking distance of everything, it was very clean and the beds were very comfortable, it was very clean.
  : The toilet was quite hard to flush and it took a few tries to get it to work
