  : The location was convenient for getting into the city. About 10 minutes in the car. We parked in a disabled bay directly outside the property. I am disabled and have a blue badge, however as soon as we got out of the car a neighbour told us that we couldnt park there. We did however as we were perfectly legally parked. Nicely decorated room.
  : Facilities, hurriedly put together kettle with a few coffee and tea sachets, no teaspoons. We found a desert spoon in a dresser downstairs. There was no staff on site except for five minutes when the host arrived to take payment. That didnt fill us with much confidence and it felt strange, as if we were in a strangers home without permission! Late in the evening when our children had fallen asleep and we were ready to go to bed, there was a lot of noise elsewhere in the house with what sounded like a group of men loudly chatting and laughing. Very small tv for size of room.

  : lovely spot, liked it very much ,20 mins to the city from outside the door, nice and very quiet, very pleased with my stay.

  : Comfortable beds,clean room,easy check in,parked car in front of house.
  : Can hear every flash from other rooms,as pipe goes through top of our room.woke up 5-7 times of it.....
